Review

I’ve had these shoes for a few weeks now and I think these may be the best MTB shoes Etnies have made to date. An incredibly comfortable shoe that only gets comfier as it beds in. The sole features a tacky rubber with a tread pattern that allows for adjustability but for your foot to remain glued in place where it counts. The tongue is nicely padded offering the top of the foot plenty of protection as well as a shoe shape that keeps your foot secure without feeling tightly bound.

I also love the look of these shoes. The Semenuk Pro is available in three variants Dark Grey/Grey, Black/Red and Black/Green/Gold which is the version I have.

These shoes aren’t designed to be waterproof but the fabric does an excellent job of keeping your feet dry all the same. However, I wouldn’t recommend these for really wet days if you’re bothered about getting wet feet.

Like I mentioned above I have only had these shoes for a few weeks now so it’s too early to say how well these shoes will last under the tough conditions thrown at them from riding MTB. However, I am pretty confident these will easily take any abuse thrown at them. They are really well made and have reinforcement where it counts plus a well-thought-out and considered material choice.

I would certainly recommend the Etnies Semenuk Pro shoes which not only perform brilliantly but also look amazing, unlike many other MTB specific shoes which tend to look a bit odd.
