Southampton Bike Park Photoshoot
Last weekend we decided to take a break from the usual and head down to Southampton Bike park and ride the trails and dual slalom line. The bike park is located near the Southampton Sports Centre and Alpine Dry Ski Slope.
SBP is built by volunteers and features quite a few trails. Although the Bike Park is only small they’ve utilised the space squeezing in quite a few trails and using loads of corners to extend the length of the trails.
My personal favourite trail is the Dual Slalom line where you can race 1-1 on with a friend to see whos the fastest whilst navigating tight berms, rollers tables and doubles. It really is a very fun track.
We will be speaking with the creators of the Bike Park in a future post so keep an eye out for that. In the meantime here are a load of photos I took from that very overcast but still very hot day.
