The Elevate Short Sleeve Jersey is a great looking product with a really nice colour fade from blue to pink. The materials are premium and well thought out offering UV protection, sweat-wicking whilst remaining performance focussed.

Giant Bicycles have done a great job with the elevate kit. There are pockets where you need them and the fit is spot on. The zips they have selected are high quality and don’t snag or get stuck. The jersey is very comfortable even after hours of hard work in the saddle.

I really like the extra details in the oil slick effect reflective details on the jersey. These not only help keep you safe and visible on the road but also look really styling.

This is now my go-to jersey for when I head out on the gravel or XC bike.

Giant also sent us their Elevate Bib Shorts. The bibs shorts feature a well-padded chamois which reduces sore next, chaffing, and pressure when sat in the saddle pushing watts for hours on end. The bib straps are comfortable and don’t irritate whilst they also keep the shorts in place.

Like the jersey, the bib shorts are performance focussed using tight-fitting premium materials that are aerodynamic and wick sweat away with ease.

The only downside I see with these bib shorts after hours of testing is that they are a little tight in the crotch area which I find a little uncomfortable, It would be nice for there to be a little more stretch here for comfort. There also aren’t any pockets in the bib shorts which isn’t necessarily a bad thing as these are intended to be paired with the Elevate Jersey, but when comparing to other bib shorts I have tested which do have pockets this could be seen as a downside.

Over all though I am still really impressed with these bib shorts and really like how they look with the extra little details and features.
