Crossworx Zero29 now available

Crossworx Cycles is a rider-owned company based in the green heart of Germany. Their frames are all designed and built in Thuringia Germany and are manufactured almost exclusively in house.

Crossworx frame and the complete bike configuration are now available in their store.

The successor of the CW Zero275

Our Zero29 is the further development of our well-tested Zero. The Zero29 is our allrounder from the daily commute to the trail and hard enduro tracks. The Zero29 now rolls on 29” wheels.

Larded with even better downhill genes and new design the Zero29 is the all-purpose weapon from CrossworxCycles.

More stiffness

The new yoke in the rear end provides even more stiffness. At the same time, you now can use larger chainrings than before.

The rear wheel is held by a 148 x 12 mm CW thru-axle.

Framesizes: M, L, XL

We offer our Zero29 in 3 different sizes. We have the right size for everyone. If our frame should not harmonize with our customers size, we will find a custom sized frame for them.

Bottlemount

Our Zero29 is equipped with a bottle mount to keep you hydrated or carrying your spare tools.

3D-printed Chainstay protector

A wave-shaped 3D printed chainstay protector encloses the chainstay of the Zero and provides protection where it is needed.

Trail geometry

The times when hardtails were only used on fire roads belong to the past. With a 64° steering angle and a downhill-oriented geometry, the Zero29 loves even the steep & technical trails. Thanks to the comfortable chainstay length of 435 mm it still remains relaxed and agile.

Integrated cable routing

With the straight top tube to seat stay design, all kind of cables run ideally through our Zero29. The cables are routed in and out of the frame with self-developed plugs. An annoying clattering in the frame is avoided by internally guided foam tubes.

Deep-drawn top tube

What is more disturbing than too small legroom? Therefore we have updated the design of our Hardtail to generate room for the rider. The Zero29 can be ridden with all standard 30.9 dropper posts. Due to the straight seat tube, even smaller riders can lower the seat post to the maximum.

Who is Crossworx?

CrossWorxCycles is a rider-owned company based in the green heart of Germany. Our frames are Designed and Built in Thuringia Germany and are manufactured almost exclusively in house. In our production halls in Thuringia, we bring our frames to life by hand. After we have already started production with our Dash, now follows our update for the proven Zero.

The idea of making our own frames has been in our minds for a long time. At the end of 2019, we took the step and established CrossworxCycles GmbH. We are an innovative team with a lot of experience and knowledge in frame building and at least as much experience from countless national and international competitions. This enables us to combine the engineering art of bicycle construction with our knowledge of the tracks of the world. It is our ambition to create a race-ready bike that will delight our customers.
