Corby’s Adrenaline Alley may close due to Corona Virus

Corby’s Adrenaline Alley skatepark is at risk of shutting down permanently due to the coronavirus pandemic. The world famous skatepark is the largest in Europe and attracts athletes, adrenaline junkies and newcomers alike.

Adrenaline Alley which is located in Corby, Northamptonshire UK has expenses of around £20,000 a month and in an interview with the BBC have said that they “could just make due for another three to four months.”

Corby skatepark (As it’s also known) has already been closed due to the UK government lockdown rules. Whilst closed the park is unable to generate revenue but is still required to pay rent and utility fees.

There is a crowdfunder page which is already up to £2,377 (At the time of writing). However, to protect the skatepark from closure they will require a considerable amount more.

Ben and myself have already donated to the fundraising effort and hope that our readers will join us in our efforts.
